Requirements:

    • Hands-on skills in calibration, control systems hardware, and software (advantageous).
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in talent management, training, and skill development.
    • Familiarity with company SOPs, customer service standards, and resource management.

APPLICATION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and commercial support by recommending product solutions and explaining design benefits to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with service and engineering teams to develop custom solutions based on specific customer requirements.
  • Analyze customer needs and feedback to guide product development and improvement.
  • Manage projects by ensuring timely execution and coordination with internal teams to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, process automation, gas detection, or related industries.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation, process control, and gas detection technologies.
  • Proficient in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining instrumentation and controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

AUTOMATION SYSTEM ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze automation system design requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop system proposals, provide costing and scheduling input.
  • Develop and install automation programs using PLC/SCADA software, ensuring they meet design specifications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Organize and manage Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with clients.
  • Conduct operational and maintenance training for client personnel, ensuring proficiency in system use.
  • Manage design changes, document all modifications, and produce as-built documentation for systems.
  • Provide technical support post-installation, troubleshooting and resolving client issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in automation systems, PLC/SCADA programming, and testing processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective client and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

BUSINESS MANAGER (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in fire and gas detection systems and related market segments.
  • Establish and manage relationships with clients, industry partners, and prospects.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in assigned territories and industries.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet business and revenue objectives.
  • Promote and deliver customized engineering solutions to enhance client safety and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless business processes flow from presentation, responding to RFQ/RFP, follow up, execution and hand over of projects.

Requirements:

SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE/ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced professional to streamline product shipments, documentation, and sales quotation processes while supporting our sales team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage product shipment deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Handle and maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
  • Prepare and issue detailed sales quotations for customers.
  • Utilize basic CRM tools for customer and sales data management (advantageous).

 

Requirements:
